BAKU, AZERBAIJAN.  Khaliq Bagirov, 72, stands in the shell of his former living room in his partially demolished apartment at 5 Agil Guliyev Street, a building which was occupied by military families and stood beside the newly built Crystal Hall, the planned site for the Eurovision Song Contest, on February 18, 2012.  Bagirov lived in the apartment with his son, his wife and their two grandchildren until the government forced their eviction to clear the area surrounding Crystal Hall.
